Our office helps homeowners who decide to sell their house without a real estate agent. We meet on a consultation basis, at which time we explain the entire process. If you’ve already received a proposed contract from a buyer, we’ll review it for you. If you haven’t received a contract, we’ll prepare one for you. After the initial meeting, we remain available to you on an as needed basis. If any issues come up, we’re a phone call away. When it’s time for settlement, we’ll review the settlement statement prepared by the buyer’s lawyer to make sure it’s correct.

Whatever you do, don’t sign an agreement of sale without first showing it to a Delaware real estate attorney. It’s the most important document you’ll sign when selling your home, and it’s the document everyone will look to if a dispute arises.
